What: Official opening of Dufferin Hill Park

When: Tuesday, May 15, 2018 (5pm-7pm)

5pm-5:30pm: Dufferin entrance to the York Beltline Trail
5:30pm-7pm: Dufferin Hill Park (Dufferin Street and Briar Hill Avenue)

At 5pm, join us for the ribbon-cutting at the Dufferin entrance to the York Beltline Trail to welcome the newly installed wayfinding markers at the Dufferin-Castlefield Bridge.

We will also be unveiling two new heritage plaques installed at the park, celebrating the rich local history of the Fairbank neighbourhood and former school.

I want to thank everyone who supported my efforts to buy this parkland, and to those who shared their comments and ideas. Please join me at the official opening of our new Dufferin Hill Park.
